The role
What will you be doing?
- Claims Coordinator
- Dorking or Basingstoke
- Hybrid - 3 days per week in office
What will you bring?
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in all aspects of Claims Administration.
- Be proactive, curious, and a confident communicator.
- Have an excellent telephone manner, providing great customer service.
- Speak to brokers, clients, claimants, or medical providers.
- Have good attention to detail and work in a varied and fast-paced environment.
- Be able to interpret information and make appropriate recommendations.
- Work alone and autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Be able to use IT internal systems on a daily basis.
