Account Manager
Home based – Travel required to client sites and occasional visits to Unum offices in London, Dorking & Basingstoke
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our client partnerships team here at Unum UK. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and nurturing relationships with a select group of key clients – ensuring they receive outstanding service, strategic insight and long-term value from their partnership with Unum.
This is a highly collaborative role, where you will take ownership of relationships, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive satisfaction.
You will lead structured review meetings, using data and market knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will be a natural relationship builder, confident in presenting and influencing and committed to deliver excellent customer service.

- Proven experience in client-facing roles, ideally within Group Risk or Employee Benefits, with a strong focus on retention and relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities, with a proactive approach to time management and problem-solving.
- Strategic thinker with leadership presence, able to build internal and external partnerships, foster collaboration, and tailor solutions to client needs.
