Working in close partnership with the Strategy & Transformation Director, the role leads high-impact strategic analysis, priority initiatives and executive-ready outputs, including monitoring the external market and generating competitor insight. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy across defined strategic areas, without direct line management responsibility, and plays a key role in enabling the effectiveness and pace of the wider strategy agenda.This role also manages and support various strategic projects working closely with SMEs and leaders.What will you bring?About the RoleUnum UK has recently launched a new strategic horizon and is entering an exciting period of transformation.
