The role

What will you be doing?

  • Assessing Claims: Learn to manage and assess claims using medical and policy knowledge.
  • Customer Communication: Deliver clear, empathetic updates to customers throughout the claims process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the Claims department while also managing your own caseload.
  • Service Excellence: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, always putting the customer first.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

Experience in areas such as customer service, case work or financial services may be helpful or similar qualifications or experience in law, psychology, nursing or a related field have proved successful. We’re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a natural ability to solve problems and learn new information.
