Overview
In this Digital Product Owner role, you guide one of our key digital platforms and take ownership of the product backlog and roadmap. You will lead Agile delivery to improve our customer-facing digital experience, specifically the platform, collaborating with Technology, Proposition, Marketing and Operations. You translate customer needs into features, track KPIs, and drive value for users. This is a chance to shape digital experiences within a supportive, inclusive employer under the Unum Group.

Key requirements
- Experience delivering digital products in an Agile environment

- Product Owner certification (PSPO/CSPO) desirable
