uttypical are seeking an Assistant Site Manager for our Delapre Point site in Northampton (NN4).
You will support the Site Manager by coordinating trades, directing labour and materials to meet the production programme, and ensuring show homes are inspected and build procedures followed.
You will work with the Sales Team to attend Build/Sales meetings, deputise for the Site Manager when required, and help ensure the site team is well‑resourced and compliant with safety and quality standards.
