The Role: As a Recruiter you will work with our Head of Recruitment to identify and hire the best talent to join Untold Studios. You are passionate about people and excited to play a role in making Untold Studios a great place to work. You are attentive to detail and service orientated. Untold Studios is passionate about hiring highly motivated, solutions driven team players who thrive when working as a part of a creative community.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, handling the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Leading & coordinating the interview process and maintaining communication with candidates.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Tracking and responding to recruitment applications.
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates via recruitment channels e.g. LinkedIn, website, recruitment events and outreach opportunities.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practice and how it impacts recruitment / hiring.
- Maintain and build relationships with hiring managers and Leadership team to understand the structure of their team and future needs.
- Manage and maintain job specs (with hiring managers and HR).
- Contribute to the development of our university relations / outreach strategy.
- Being an ambassador for Untold Studios at industry related events.
- Drive company wide D&I initiatives.
- Have a thorough understanding of Applicant Tracking System and maintain all relevant data.
