The Role
As a Recruiter Coordinator, you will work with our Global Recruitment to manage our logistics and help hire the very best talent to join Untold Studios.

Responsibilities
- Interview scheduling and candidate logistics
- Teamtailor administration and data quality
- Offer and contract process coordination
- Onboarding paperwork and People handovers
- Budget tracker administration
- Weekly reporting and KPI dashboards
- Recruitment meeting packs and action tracking
- Preparing and distributing job postings and other recruitment materials.
- Responding to candidate inquiries and providing updates on the hiring process
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
- Help to manage our Outreach programme with educational institutes, various advertising and entertainment trade and industry events
