The Technology team is responsible for the design, implementation and support of our cloud based technology infrastructure and workflows. You have a keen interest in working in a creative studio and want to pursue a technical career. You have a good technical knowledge and are driven to work in a forward thinking and innovative Technology department. You are always looking to extend your skillset and find new and better ways for Technology to enable our studio. Your Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot systems and problem solve to help users work efficiently.
- Learning about and supporting Linux, MacOS and Windows operating systems.
- Learning and developing skills with tools for IT automation and administration, such as JAMF, Active Directory, Fog, Ansible.
- Working effectively as a part of a team.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
- The ability to take direction and a willingness to interpret and address constructive feedback.
- Effectively managing expectations.
