We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation tools, and Meta Ads management.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop strategy alongside the creative team to best utilize platform capabilities.
- Manage day-to-day social media interactions, including responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Awareness campaigns.
- Create ad campaigns, set targeting, and budget strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Analyze ad performance and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of each platform\'s features, audience demographics, and best practices.
- Content creation ability preferred, with experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Video editing and photo-editing skills a bonus but not essential.
- Knowledge of content specifications for paid campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content to different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in managing accounts within Meta Business Portfolios.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
