My client is leading the charge in sustainable building transformation. To support their continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to take the helm of their Bristol branch. You will lead a skilled team delivering retrofit, refurbishment, and maintenance projects - driving efficiency, safety, and excellence every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a diverse team across multiple retrofit and project contracts.
- Oversee operational delivery, ensuring programs run on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability in every project.
- Build trusted client relationships while driving new business and long-term growth.
- Manage forecasts, budgets, and performance to keep the branch profitable and future‑ready.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in retrofit, project or construction management.
- Strong commercial awareness and hands‑on contract delivery experience.
- Solid understanding of building compliance, H&S, and energy‑efficiency targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Relevant qualifications (HNC/NVQ Level 4+), IOSH or SMSTS desirable.
