THE ROLE
We\'re looking for an High Net Worth Partnerships Lead to build creative, high-value relationships that bring high-net-worth clients into UNTIL\'s Health Concierge service.
This is a newly created, pipeline-first role focused exclusively on the high-net-worth segment.
It blends outbound prospecting with creative relationship-building — opening doors through unconventional routes as much as direct outreach.
This isn\'t a high-volume dialling role: it needs someone who can prospect with discipline, but who\'s just as comfortable finding an unconventional way in.
- WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING
- Building relationships with the people and businesses that sit closest to high-net-worth individuals, such as prime London real estate contacts, executive assistant networks, and luxury event planners.
- Finding creative ways to open these relationships: from offering UNTIL experiences that turn key contacts into brand ambassadors, to building collaborations with private members\' clubs and luxury retailers with shared high-net-worth audiences.
- Prospecting and outbound outreach to high-end diagnostics providers and other referral partners.
- Qualifying interest and handing over warm opportunities that convert into UNTIL\'s highest-value clients.
- Building and maintaining accurate pipeline records in the CRM, tracking activity and conversion at every stage.
- WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, or with the people and businesses around them — real estate, executive assistants, event planning, luxury retail, or private members\' clubs
- Comfortable both prospecting outbound and finding creative, non-traditional ways to open relationships
- Commercially confident, with the ability to build and progress a pipeline independently
- Organised and disciplined with CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
- A self-starter, motivated by building something new rather than following an existing playbook
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Series A start up environment
- WHAT\'S ON OFFER
- Private healthcare and contributory pension
- 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) and an extra day off for your birthday
