UNTIL isn’t just a space, it’s a community where London’s leading self-employed wellness practitioner come together under one roof to unlock their potential, collaborate and grow. Our clubs are used by 40+ different disciplines including personal trainers, physios, therapists, life coaches, nutritionists, dentists and doctors.
We currently operate three central London clubs, Soho, Liverpool Street and Marylebone. We have have a new club opening in Canary Wharf in March 2026 with plans to expand further. Things are about to get even more exciting!
What you’ll do
We are looking for full-time Community Associates based across all of our clubs.
Please note – shifts are 5.45am – 1.30pm or 1.30pm – 9.30pm therefore you must be able to get to Central London for these times. This role is 5 days per week including two Saturdays per month.
Our Community Associates are the first point of contact for our members and their guests. This role is pivotal to the success of our clubs. You’ll be the face of UNTIL, deliver exceptional service, build long lasting relationships with our members and play a crucial role in ensuring they have a great experience with every visit to our clubs.
There are three key components to this role:
- 1) Deliver Best-In-Class Service – be a client relationship expert and welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and care. Use your intuition to be one step ahead by naturally anticipating their needs and understanding their different requirements and expectations. Learn about UNTIL services and be able to instinctively answer queries
- 2) Maintain High Standards – conscientiously follow UNTIL club operating procedures, brand & behaviour standards and complete daily/weekly tasks, checklists and walk-arounds. Ensure all areas within the club are clean and presentable, coordinating with colleagues, contractors and cleaning team to resolve issues. Keep up to date with how our proposition evolves in order to educate members.
- 3) Support a Thriving Community – act as a community promoter and ambassador. Foster positive member experiences, behaviours and interactions. Build strong emotionally connected relationships with members enabling you to deliver an intuitive service. Actively seek member feedback to improve our services and their experiences.
What we’re looking for

- A track record and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Great communication skills with the ability to adapt your style accordingly depending on the individual need. Genuinely connecting with our members, while guiding them on the experiences available.
- Working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service.
- Efficient, organized, and able to plan whilst having the flexibility to be able to respond to last-minute requests.
- A strong team player but also someone who demonstrates initiative and can work autonomously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT system literate and confident with Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience using a clientele tool e.g., Salesforce, Hero or Hubspot would be advantageous.
- An affinity with the UNTIL brand – someone who deeply believes in the power of wellness and health.
What we offer
- Starting salary of £27,000 increasing to £29,000 after six months’ service
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for each year of service (up to a maximum 30 days)
