Ensure all areas within the club are clean and presentable, coordinating with colleagues, contractors and cleaning team to resolve issues. Keep up to date with how our proposition evolves in order to educate members.
  • 3) Support a Thriving Community – act as a community promoter and ambassador. Foster positive member experiences, behaviours and interactions. Build strong emotionally connected relationships with members enabling you to deliver an intuitive service. Actively seek member feedback to improve our services and their experiences.

We look for warm and welcoming people who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-oriented to join us on our exciting journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed…a positive outlook with an ability to build authentic relationships.

  • A track record and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to adapt your style accordingly depending on the individual need. Genuinely connecting with our members, while guiding them on the experiences available.
  • Working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service.
  • Efficient, organized, and able to plan whilst having the flexibility to be able to respond to last-minute requests.
  • A strong team player but also someone who demonstrates initiative and can work autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT system literate and confident with Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience using a clientele tool e.g., Salesforce, Hero or Hubspot would be advantageous.
  • An affinity with the UNTIL brand – someone who deeply believes in the power of wellness and health.
