We’re looking for a Quality Compliance Technician to join our Telford team, supporting the day-to-day testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure our high standards are consistently met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a science or lab background, looking for their next step within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Full training is provided, and there’s plenty of room to progress within the team structure. The lab sits on the production floor, so you’ll play an important role in maintaining strong food safety and hygiene standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- 80% lab work: routine testing of raw materials and finished products.
- 20% production-floor activity: collecting samples and supporting operational teams.
Key responsibilities include
- Carrying out laboratory tests in line with site standards and procedures.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of all results.
- Supporting operational teams with good manufacturing and hygiene practices.
- Helping to investigate quality issues and contributing to root cause analysis.
- Following food safety and H&S guidelines while working in a production environment.
