We’re recruiting at our Droitwich Dairy for a Technical Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide governance of the quality management system to ensure delivery of best in class products whilst striving to continuously improve in line with Müller values, they will enable Operational Excellence through quality compliance.
Technical Coordinator Role & Responsibilities:

Provides expertise through Quality Management Systems Knowledge.

Displays drive and motivation to continually improve quality based performance.

Demonstrates active involvement in solving problems.

Plays an active part in building QMS capability across site.

Responsible for laboratory management and other QMS duties.

Supports and process confirms operations quality control responsibilities.

Displays strong IT skills and capability.

Provides governance and ownership of Quality Index and other monthly reports.

Responsible for internal and external audit processes.

Creates positive and collaborative relationships with suppliers and customers.

Looks and encourages others to find "waste" opportunities in everything that we do.
