At Müller, we’re passionate about creating a better dairy future and bringing people together to achieve great things. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders in a fast‑paced, manufacturing environment to drive performance, engagement and wellbeing across site.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, diagnosing people priorities and delivering impactful people plans.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, recruitment and colleague development.
  • Use HR data and insights to drive decisions and improve performance and KPIs.
  • Lead workforce planning including organisation design, talent planning and succession.
  • Champion engagement, wellbeing and a positive, inclusive culture across site.
  • Build strong relationships with trade union representatives and support effective industrial relations.
  • Lead, coach and develop a small HR team.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards while identifying and managing risks.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven HR expertise with strong knowledge of employment law and HR metrics.
  • Experience working in a unionised environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing or developing a small team.
  • Experience in workforce planning, organisation design and driving change.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn insight into action.
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and influence stakeholders.
