Department: Logistics & Supply Chain & Transport
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Transport Shift Lead to join our team at the Muller Skelmersdale Depot .
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead by example, coach and develop your team, and drive continuous improvement across our transport operations.
- Shift Pattern: – 4 on - 4 off (Day Shift – 06:00 -18:00)
- Drive operational excellence through KPI management, DOR (Daily Operations Review), and performance coaching.
- Manage people effectively, including performance reviews, development plans, and employee relations.
- Champion health and safety, leading investigations and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Ensure legal and audit compliance across shift operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business performance.
- Act as the escalation point for farm services issues.
- Promote and embed MMID behaviours and succession planning.
- Lead in meeting the criteria for DTAS best practices
