As a Business Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly while helping to drive continuous improvement.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Managing third party supplier invoicing and agency timesheet processes
  • Coordinating site hospitality and supporting people processes
  • Supporting stock control and ordering site sundry items
  • Delivering site inductions and supporting onboarding activities
  • Maintaining Q Pulse database and supporting site communications
  • Collating and distributing weekly and monthly wage information
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting operational excellence projects
