Müller Milk & Ingredients in Market Drayton is seeking a Shift Lead to own on-shift manufacturing operations with end-to-end accountability.
This role covers a 4 on/4 off pattern with days and nights, offering autonomy and opportunities to drive operational excellence.
You will coach the team, deliver KPIs, run OE projects, apply PDCA "go, look, see" style, and ensure health, safety and product integrity.
