Starting salary: £32,951.76 rising to £38,594.96 when fully trained through a structured training plan.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Carry out basic maintenance and fault finding
• Meet production, quality and waste targets
• Perform product testing and compliance checks
• Maintain high hygiene, housekeeping and safety standards
• Escalate issues promptly and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential)
• Good mechanical aptitude (essential)
• Knowledge of processing machinery and production operations
• Strong communication and teamworking skills
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices
