About the Programme: Our Marketing Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of Marketing leaders within Müller. Over the course of the programme, you will help lead the development of the dairy category in the UK, working closely with retailers and our account teams. As a graduate, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in analysing product and consumer data, generating key business insights and supporting the launch of innovative products, while developing essential skills for a range of future careers. You will work on real projects and receive tailored training to build a strong foundation for a career in Marketing. After completing the programme, you’ll continue to expand your expertise, preparing for a senior role within the Marketing department.

What’s Included in the Programme?

  • Market and Brand Analysis: conduct data‑driven analysis of brand and market information to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
