We are currently recruiting for a Production Operativewithin ourMilk Filling departmentat ourMüllerManchesterDairy.

This role will involve operating ourmanufacturing machinery in order to produce the best quality product. You will need to have a strong team working ethic, be results driven and proactive.

The ideal candidate will have experience in problem solving and fault finding as well as quality control and testing of a finished product.

Contract:Full Time / Perm (40.25 hours per week)

Shift Pattern:4 on 4 off (2 days/2 nights 7-7)

Location:Manchester

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Operate our machinery and processes effectively, delivering the required product output.
• Maintain hygiene standards within the workplace as per standard working conditions.
• System upkeep and related responsibilities.
• Cleaningactivities.
• Quality control inspection, assuring customer expectation are maintained.
• Materials replenishment as required.
• First line maintenance checks.

Demonstrable skills, experience and knowledge within the following:

• Previous manual packing work desirable, though not necessary
• Capability & Accountability
• A flexible approach; able to adapt to changing daily production plans
• Able to demonstrate initiative and prioritisation skills
• Effective team worker
