Join Our Team at Müller – Warehouse Operatives. The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys, move trolleys and empty trolleys across the chill, working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.

Location: Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (plus below premiums)

  • 1.5x for Overtime
  • 1.25x for Saturdays
  • 1.5x for Sundays
  • 23% uplift for unsociable hours (6PM – 4AM)

Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities

  • Operate chill trolley packers and shrink-wrappers
  • Load and unload inbound/outbound vehicles
  • Rotate stock and check date codes
  • Follow SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessments
  • Maintain high hygiene standards – clean as you go
  • Conduct quality control checks to meet product standards
  • Replenish materials and support team training
  • Communicate effectively across departments
  • Carry out additional duties as required
