Location: Market Drayton, ENG, GB, TF9 3UY

Salary: £17.30ph - £28.42ph plus £40 weekly allowance

Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (8am to 6pm) 47.5 hours per week.

Are you passionate about developing drivers, improving road safety, and making a real impact every day? We’re looking for a dedicated HGV Driver Trainer to support and develop our LGV drivers across the business.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communicator with hands-on driver training experience
  • Confident delivering both practical and classroom-based training
  • Excellent knowledge of EU and RTWTD regulations
  • Experience using digital tachographs and compliance systems
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an LGV C+E driver
  • LGV C+E licence
  • Driver CPC
  • IOSH or First Aid
  • Experience with telematics (Connexus/Tachomaster)

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver engaging driver training and development
  • Support DCPC training and new driver inductions
  • Promote safe and fuel-efficient driving
  • Carry out driver assessments and post-incident training
  • Help improve driver performance using KPIs and telematics
  • Work closely with Transport and Compliance teams to ensure best practice
