Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution (MMID) is the UK's leading producer and distributor of fresh milk, cream, butter, and dairy ingredients. We're seeking an experienced Transport Shift Manager to join our team at our Bellshill Depot (ML4 3NY). This full‐time, permanent role involves leading and developing your team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance across transport operations.

Transport Shift Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver OGSM targets through KPI management and performance coaching.
  • Manage people effectively, including reviews, development plans, and employee relations.
  • Champion health and safety and ensure legal/audit compliance.
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally to improve performance and embed MMID behaviours.

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 0600 starts (10 hour shifts)

Pay: Competitive salary monthly paid, up to 10% annual bonus, private medical insurance, 4x life assurance.

Leave: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service), enhanced family leave.

Pension scheme: (up to 8% match), career progression, and exclusive discounts.
