We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our Blow Moulding department, supporting the supply of bottles to production lines in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on the safe and efficient operation of bottle supply equipment and stock movements, ensuring production is continuously supported and quality standards are maintained.

Location: Bellshill

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)

Salary: £29,290.59 per annum

Key responsibilities:

  • Operate bottle supply and conveying equipment safely
  • Support stock movements and bottle supply to production areas
  • Clear jams on bottle conveying systems
  • Operate manual and automated de‑bagging equipment
  • Complete bottle supply traceability paperwork accurately
  • Load and unload trailers for stock movement
  • Carry out machine safety checks in line with procedures
  • Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards to Grade A level
  • Support waste control activities, including baler use
  • Escalate issues promptly to minimise downtime

  • Experience in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work a rotating days and nights shift pattern
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to Health & Safety
  • A reliable, flexible team player able to follow safe systems of work

    • 2x basic pay rate for Christmas Day & New Year’s Day
