We’re looking for a Manufacturing Technical Trainer to support the skills, safety and technical capability of our Blow Moulding team at Bellshill. This role suits people who enjoy coaching, problem‑solving and working in a fast‑paced production environment and it's ideal for those with Blow Moulding, production, or technical training experience.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver practical and classroom training to new and existing Blow Mould Technicians.
- Coach colleagues on safe machine operation, start‑up/shut‑down, and quality checks.
- Support onboarding and maintain up‑to‑date training and competency records.
- Work with Shift Managers to identify skill gaps and plan development.
- Help improve training processes and support continuous improvement activities.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience training or coaching in a manufacturing/technical environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working on the shop floor.
- Train‑the‑Trainer certification (essential).
- Blow Moulding or plastics manufacturing experience (advantageous).
- IOSH or L&D qualifications (nice to have).
