We are recruiting for a Blow Moulding Technician to join our Blow Moulding Department at Bellshill Blow Moulding.

  • Contract – Full time 40.25 hours per week - Permanent
  • Hours- 4 on 4 off ( 2 days and 2 nights) 7am-7pm - Rotating
  • Location – Bellshill Blow Moulding - ML4 3NS

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate manual and automatic de-bagging machines.
  • Monitor bottle-supply conveyors and clear jams.
  • Complete traceability sheets, load slips and logbooks accurately.
  • Use manual pallet trucks and load or unload trailers.
  • Rotate, identify and store bottle stock correctly.
  • Inspect pack quality and control bottle damage and waste.
  • Undertake basic fault-finding and elevate downtime issues.
  • Follow all start-up and shutdown procedures.
  • Support colleagues with bottlenecks and problem-solving.
  • Safety, Quality and Standards
  • Follow all Health & Safety policies and Safe Systems of Work.
  • Complete machine safety checks.
  • Report safety or quality incidents promptly.
  • Maintain Grade A hygiene and housekeeping standards.
  • Follow knife-control, emergency-stop and evacuation procedures.
  • Meet output and quality requirements while reducing waste.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in a busy warehouse environment.

  • Attention to detail, flexibility and reliability.
  • A self-motivated and organised approach.
  • NC Manufacturing or NVQ Warehousing qualifications are desirable.
  • Food-contact packaging experience is desirable.
