We are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Facilitator to join our Severnside department within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.
Contract: Full Time/Permanent
Location: Severnside
Business Support Facilitator Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase orders and reconcile invoices
- Ordering of uniforms and PPE and cleaning supplies – responsibility of managing stock control and distribution, includes some store work/lifting
- Management of staff shop and oversight of canteen areas
- General office and facilities management including the co-ordination of hospitality when required
- Supporting of site people processes including site access controls
- Assist in ensuring site communications are kept up to date i.e notice boards/info screens
- Assisting in planning and preparation of site events
- Deputising may be required in instances such as annual leave
- Assist with delivery of site inductions and induction processes
