We are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Facilitator to join our Severnside department within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Location: Severnside

Business Support Facilitator Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase orders and reconcile invoices
  • Ordering of uniforms and PPE and cleaning supplies – responsibility of managing stock control and distribution, includes some store work/lifting
  • Management of staff shop and oversight of canteen areas
  • General office and facilities management including the co-ordination of hospitality when required
  • Supporting of site people processes including site access controls
  • Assist in ensuring site communications are kept up to date i.e notice boards/info screens
  • Assisting in planning and preparation of site events
  • Deputising may be required in instances such as annual leave
  • Assist with delivery of site inductions and induction processes
