The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are now looking to recruit a Chill Coordinator with the Despatch Department at Muller Droitwich. The purpose of the role is to deliver warehouse management and coaching to enhance customer service and minimise waste along with driving Operational Excellence improvement opportunities and taking action to implement tracked initiatives.

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Shifts: 4 on 4 off

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Responsible for warehouse waste management, highlighting all concessions and actively looking at ways to deliver improvement
  • Promote cross functional working with sites to ensure optimum product availability
  • Responsible for the warehouse stock management system
  • Build a thorough understanding of all work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Support the introduction of new technology, systems and processes.
  • Responsibility for the warehouse stock reconciliation (day end / week end)
  • Responsible for Pick & Release and Voice Management processes
  • Responsible for ensuring end to end product traceability and fully support product recall and traceability for our customers
  • Responsible for cross stock management and stock trailer
  • Support and promote the PMS culture across the site, analysing data accordingly
  • Provide customer support and handle any customer queries
  • Role model clean as you go standards within the chill to reduce the risk of environmental impact around spillages
  • Displays and promotes MMI behaviours
  • Control site assets (GKNs, trolley tracing, Voice pick)
  • Promote and Embed the Muller safety culture through the use of STAR cards and conduct safety sweeps and fully support all accident / incident investigations
