We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Facilitator to join our team at Severnside on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a varied role providing administrative and operational support across the site, helping teams deliver business objectives while driving continuous improvement.
About You
- Previous administration experience within a busy operational environment.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial
- Purchase order processing and invoicing.
- Payroll administration.
- Contractor coordination.
- SAP or similar business systems.
However, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase orders, ordering, and invoicing activities.
- Coordinating contractor visits and site hospitality arrangements.
- Supporting site people processes, including engagement activities and community events.
- Managing stock control processes and ordering site consumables and sundry items.
- Delivering site inductions and supporting onboarding activities.
- Managing and controlling PPE stock levels.
- Supporting payroll-related administration and employee wage processes.
- Maintaining site communications and administrative records.
- Coordinating agency timesheets and invoicing processes.
- Supporting month-end activities, including process order administration.
- Providing administrative support across multiple departments to help achieve site and business objectives.
