We’re recruiting for a Site HR Manager to join our team at Müller Milk & Ingredients on a fixed-term basis. At Müller, we’re passionate about delivering great products and creating a workplace where people thrive. As a Site HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting our people strategy at site level.
What you’ll do:- Lead the delivery of the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through to exit.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers, supporting them with HR policies and employment terms.
- Drive compliance with KPIs such as absence and turnover and provide insights through HR data analysis.
- Champion engagement and wellbeing initiatives, diversity and inclusion and Müller values.
- Support workforce planning, talent development and succession strategies.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and the Recruitment Team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- A strong HR generalist with experience across the employee lifecycle.
- In-depth understanding of HR procedures.
- Knowledge/awareness of HR policy, employment legislation and GDPR.
- Skilled in training delivery and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A collaborative mindset with empathy and emotional intelligence.
