We’re excited to offer this opportunity as we look to the future, our current Maintenance Excellence Manager is moving on to new ventures outside the business, and we’re now seeking a passionate and driven individual to carry forward the strong legacy they’ve built.
About the Role
As our Maintenance Excellence Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering value through world-class asset care. You’ll lead the implementation of our Maintenance Excellence Roadmap, champion reliability and performance improvements, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual Maintenance Excellence implementation plan
- Drive critical engineering processes and reliability-centred maintenance (RCM)
- Champion root cause analysis and top-loss performance improvement
- Enhance CMMS usage and inventory management strategies
- Support Autonomous Maintenance and 5S initiatives
- Facilitate RCM workshops and develop standard routines for critical equipment
- Collaborate across teams to deliver cost-effective maintenance solutions
- Promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence mindset
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Movex, Mainsaver)
- Expertise in RCA, FMECA, and lean methodologies
- Excellent people management and coaching skills
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
