Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for the site, carrying out reception duties as required.
- Payroll and HR administration; time/attendance and holiday recording.
- Support site people processes.
- Process PO’s and reconcile invoices.
- Order uniforms and PPE – manage stock control and distribution.
- General office and facilities management including coordination of hospitality when required.
- Ensure site communications are kept up to date (i.e., notice boards/newsletter distribution).
- Investigate credit control claims.
- Assist in planning and preparation of site events.
- Deputise as required during instances such as annual leave.
- Assist with delivery of site inductions and induction processes.
