Calling Consumer PR Senior/ Account Directors who love working on big brands and a mix of press office and chunky campaigns. This role is working across big name clients and brands and spans the consumer PR space. Working in a mid sized PR agency, this role offers a fantastic variety of work and will focus on one key client. The work can span UK, European and Global communications and can be matched to your experience and interests to some extent.
All the work is varied and can cover influencer relations, big events management and partnerships as well as core traditional PR activations. Reporting straight into a Director, the focus across the role is providing best in class client service and managing a team to ensure delivery. This needs someone with great ideas and insights but also who is ultimately a really strong project manager to stay across all activity and ensure execution is done to a high standard.
You will have the chance to really take the lead across the client work and play a pivotal role in the team and business. For this role you must be working in a PR agency and be working in consumer PR for household name brand clients. Ideally you will be working in a mid or larger agency, but working on big name and big budget clients is essential as is experience working on a big FMCG client.
Ideally you will be at Senior Account Director level already but there may be scope for a really strong Account Director looking to step up. As strong leadership is required, you must already be directly managing people and be a fantastic day to day mentor for colleagues all around you.
This PR agency has one of the most approachable leadership teams around. Everyone is treated with respect and they have a cohesive and transparent culture that is grounded in genuine employee wellbeing and a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. They offer flexible working (two days in the office, the rest flexible) and an all round grown up approach to everything, so you can focus on doing a great job, knowing colleagues have got your back.
I could see this role really suiting someone who wants to have more of an impact in an agency beyond “just” delivering client work. This role has a strategic focus for clients and on a commercial level and would suit someone with the ambition and desire to really make a difference for clients, colleagues and the business as a whole.
