Overview
This role is for a Consumer PR Senior/Account Manager at an up-and-coming culture-first PR agency. The team is collaborative, creative and agile, working with a range of clients from challenger brands to established household names. The successful candidate will support a small team, manage client liaison, and have a voice in wider agency and business direction alongside the Founder and Associate Director.
The role offers opportunities to move beyond traditional PR tasks, with a focus on delivering culturally relevant PR and communications programmes, capitalising on fast-paced, opportunity-driven work, and contributing to the agency’s growth and culture.
Responsibilities
- Support a small team and act as a key point of contact for clients
- Coordinate and contribute to PR campaigns with a strong cultural angle
- Engage with wider agency direction and business growth alongside senior leadership
- Identify media opportunities for clients and contribute to business development ideas
- Mentor and develop junior team members (if applicable by role)
Qualifications
- Experience at Senior/Account Manager level in a creative, consumer PR agency with UK experience
- Ability to thrive in a less-structured environment and take ownership of client work and team progress
- Direct line management experience and a passion for nurturing junior staff
- Strong commercial awareness and opportunity spotting
