Have you recently begun your career in consumer PR and want the chance to work on some of the biggest household names in the most collaborative and inclusive agency? I am partnering with a progressive, flexible and down to earth agency who are looking for an AE to be a pivotal part of this nurturing and growing team.

This is a mid sized consultancy so there is bags of flexibility and visibility and with around 25 people in the London office everyone’s voice is heard. This team are led by a magnanimous and passionate individual and everyone’s strengths are played to and given the opportunities they want to develop and grow.

As a PR Account Executive you will have day to day client contact and have the chance to provide daily input and advice to clients. You will be responsible for creating a variety of content and media relations tools for varied and really engaged clients. In addition you will be involved in lots of high profile influencer relations and events. These are some of the most iconic and well known household brands and the work is really varied across lifestyle, product and wider issues such as sustainability.

This PR agency has one of the most approachable leadership teams around. Everyone is treated with respect and they have a cohesive and transparent culture that is grounded in genuine employee wellbeing and well as a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. They offer hybrid working (three days in the office) and an all round grown up approach to everything, so you can focus on doing a great job, knowing colleagues have got your back.

I could see this role really suiting someone who wants to have more of an impact in an agency beyond “just” delivering client work. This role will suit someone with experience of consumer PR (at least six months’, ideally 12+) and the ambition and desire to really make a difference for clients, colleagues and the business as a whole.
