What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks that keep the retail channel running smoothly

  • Handle retail communications in a clear, professional, and timely manner

  • Process and monitor retail orders, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-through

  • Support communication with retail customer contacts and internal teams

  • Maintain accurate reporting, trackers, and documentation to support good decision-making

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and uphold service standards

  • Support service-related queries and escalations across customer operations

  • Assist with process improvements and wider operational projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Retail experience - whether this retail operations, customer service, order management, or a similar role

  • Strong communication skills and a professional, considered approach

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using trackers, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools

  • Able to manage competing priorities accurately in a fast paced environment

  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine willingness to learn

We are offering a salary of £30k-£35k dependent on experience.
