We’re on the hunt for a fast-moving, entrepreneurial Performance Creative Strategist who’s just as comfortable writing ad concepts as they are jumping in front of the camera to bring them to life. This is a hybrid role - equal parts strategist and content creator - perfect for someone who understands what makes great performance creative work and isn’t afraid to get hands-on with making it.

Our Growth Team has earned a reputation for producing some of the best-performing creative in DTC. We're now looking for a strategist who doesn't just come up with ideas but gets stuck in making them too, whether that's on camera or in the edit. You’ll play a key role in shaping our creative strategy while being one of the driving forces behind our video content, especially across Meta and TikTok.

What You’ll Do

  • Ideation: Proactively research competitors and develop original ad concepts to take forward into the production process.
  • Making Ads: Own the creative process end-to-end, from initial concept through to filming, editing, and final delivery.
  • Analysis: Leverage performance insights and data to inform new creative and iterations. Clearly communicate test results to internal stakeholders and use feedback to enhance future creative processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience making content for Meta and/or TikTok (either for a brand or your own channels)
  • A natural storyteller with a strong instinct for hooks, pacing and core structure of ads
  • Comfortable filming yourself and being on camera
  • Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of what you make
  • Familiarity with tools like CapCut or similar mobile editors is a plus, but not a must
  • 1+ years of experience in content creation or digital marketing
