Role Overview: Our 25-person team is on track to grow to 40 by the end of the year, and we’re about to make an exciting office move to our new home for the next 2-3 years! We need someone keen to contribute to team morale and efficiency who can look after our people and our HQ. Untamed is seeking a resourceful Office Manager to manage our facilities and culture as our London team grows. As the Office Manager, you will support the Head of People on various people & culture initiatives, mainly overseeing all office management responsibilities to create a well-supported, engaging, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Office & Facilities Management Assist with the move to and manage our new 4000 sqft office space, liaising with landlords, building management, contractors, and cleaners. Manage utilities & expenses (water, electricity, wifi, cleaning/waste), including documentation, budgets, and invoices in collaboration with finance. Maintain a welcoming, well-kept office and ensure respectful environment & processes. Be the go-to person for daily office and operational queries. Keep supplies stocked (snacks, stationery, kitchen & bathroom supplies). Oversee health & safety compliance and create related processes. Set up and clear meeting rooms for external meetings. Manage travel & hotel bookings for the team. Assist with scheduling meetings and diary management as needed. Culture & People: Collaborate with the Head of People on: Fostering a dynamic & collaborative team environment and an exceptional employee experience. Delegating onboarding activities for smooth onboarding and operational support to new hires. Supporting headcount management & recruitment, offering insights and suggestions for improvements. Planning social and cultural initiatives throughout the year, from in-office celebrations to company-wide events. Requirements: 2+ years experience in office administration and management, preferably in a startup or growing environment. Proven experience with budget & vendor management, overseeing office expenses, utilities, and bills. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with all organizational levels and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, proactive, flexible approach. Ability to perform administrative duties accurately and efficiently. Based in Greater London, willing to be in the office at least 3 days a week (1-2 days for PT). Basic IT skills, comfortable with setting up and managing IT equipment, and proficient in GSuite and MS Office. Self-starter with autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility. People-oriented: warm, approachable, patient, and eager to foster a fun, collaborative culture. Passionate about animals, especially cats.
