Join the School of Computer Science and Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering at UNSW as a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in a teaching and research role.
You will conduct research in areas including AI for Software Engineering, Software Engineering for AI, AI Application Engineering, Software Development Lifecycle, and Software Architectures.
Through your research, you will contribute to high‑impact scholarly outcomes, collaborative research initiatives and the School's growing international reputation in Software Engineering.

At Senior Lecturer level (Level C), you will demonstrate an established research track record, secure competitive funding, supervise HDR students, and contribute to educational leadership.
Skills & Experience
- Lecturer (Level B)
- A Ph D in a related discipline, and/or relevant work experience.
- Commitment to staying current in discipline knowledge.
- Experience in teaching and learning design, development and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
- Experience using educational technologies and online delivery methods.
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellence.
- Experience with industry or work‑integrated learning (desirable).
- Ability to support and inspire students from diverse backgrounds, supporting equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Senior Lecturer (Level C)
- A Ph D in a related discipline, and/or relevant work experience.
