Nationwide is seeking a Branch Manager for our Rugeley, Staffordshire branch. The role is a 12-month secondment, full-time (35 hours/week), Monday to Saturday, with a 45-minute commute requirement. Training is virtual in-branch, with a structured pathway to success and no holiday in the first weeks.
You will lead a busy team, manage branch activity, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver top-notch customer service while developing the branch business plan and driving commercial results.
