Nationwide is seeking a Branch Manager for our East Sussex area. This 12-month secondment role is full-time (35 hours/week) and based in a branch on London Brighton Road. You will lead a bank team, drive performance and maintain strong customer service standards in a busy retail environment.
Training is virtual in-branch with a focus on leadership, regulatory compliance, and delivering market-leading high street service. Previous branch management experience is highly valued.
