As an experienced Demand Generation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing and delivering highly effective B2B marketing campaigns that deliver consistent and quality leads to the sales team and ensure we’re engaging with customers precisely and intelligently. Working extremely closely with a Product Marketing Executive and Creative Marketing Executive, you’ll be expected to bring technical know-how to the table, designing workflows, user journeys, and implementing automations and targeted ads to ensure we’re reaching our audiences in the best way possible. Working with email, paid and organic advertising, and other marketing tools and outlets to deliver results and fulfil intelligently targeted campaigns, you’ll bring a sharp eye for precision and data to everything we do as a team.
Your Role:
Campaign Architect: Own the strategy, execution, tracking and analysis of high-impact demand generation campaigns, spanning email marketing, paid media, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
Digital Growth Strategist: Oversee digital marketing efforts across paid and organic channels, including search, social media, display advertising, and website optimisation. Continuously refine and optimise campaigns to maximise engagement and ROI.
Technical Integrator: Integrating marketing output with our CRM, ensuring there is a healthy and consistent flow of leads into the sales pipeline as well as well-tailored engagement actions for existing customers. Optimising where necessary any existing marketing tools and workflows to improve effectiveness
ABM Power Player: Design and implement precision-targeted ABM initiatives for high-value accounts. Utilise data-driven insights to craft personalised outreach and accelerate pipeline growth.
Performance Analysing: Ensure every marketing activity we execute is tracked end-to-end, Transforming campaign data – impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI – into actionable insights and reports, delivering clear and concise recommendations for improvements.
Product Positioning: Advising on where and how to position products according to competitor and industry practices, including advertisement placement and event showcasing, devising ways to attract and convert leads more effectively
Strategic Partner Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution, timely deliverables, and high-quality outcomes.

About You
You\’re a hands on \’doer\’ with 5+ years under your belt in a similar role, who thrives in an organisation that offers the agency and flexibility to do things your way because you know your stuff.
You\’re a highly technical marketer who’s more interested in data and touch points than fonts and TikTok. We’re looking for someone who has the ambition and drive to take on a challenging but rewarding position in a new and dynamic marketing team that will be responsible for taking a wide range of products and services within Early Careers to market.
You’ll be driven and motivated by delivering leads and results for the business as we look to expand our product and customer base and increase brand awareness as an industry-leader across the early careers sector. This role requires a strong work ethic and an ability to consistently analyse and improve. Perfect for someone looking to go up a gear in their career and make a real, tangible impact on a growing and ambitious company.
Key Skills:
Experienced: Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a lead generation role, with demonstrable experience in campaign delivery, performance management and customer journey mapping
Qualified: Hold a Bachelor\’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, with a strong track record of driving and executing demand generation programs.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in marketing technology and always eager to leverage new tools for optimisation. Strong analytical and reporting skills, comfortable producing output reports and suggesting improvements. Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools used to track campaigns, audiences, and leads. Experience with Pipedrive particularly preferable
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and transform insights into growth opportunities.
