Location: Unseen’s head office in Bristol (Hybrid approach with some working from home days. This role will require you to attend the office on an ad hoc basis and a degree of flexibility will be required.)

Contract type: Permanent, full-time – 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday).

We provide safehouses and support in the community for survivors of trafficking and modern slavery. We also run the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline and work with individuals, communities, businesses, governments, other charities, and statutory agencies to stamp out slavery for good.

The Senior Policy & Partnerships Officer will deliver policy and research projects and facilitate lived experience voice into Unseen’s policy, research and practice. You will work closely with the Head of Policy & Research, the Survivor Involvement Coordinator and Unseen’s Survivor Consultants and be responsible for the Survivor Consultant groups.

You will also support the Head of Policy & Research in the coordination of the Southwest Anti-Slavery Partnership. You will work closely with Unseen’s Policy & Research team and have regular interactions with staff across Unseen’s wider teams including Business Services, Helpline Services, Support Services, Fundraising, Communications, and Operations.
