We’re looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring quality delivery to our clients.
As the Senior QA Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and execute automated tests scripts as well as contribute to the overall testing strategy when choosing appropriate tooling and making decisions around suitable automation framework.

*This role can be based at one of our offices located in London, Leeds, Cardiff, Manchester, Lithuania or Belfast. With a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office.
Experience and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA with focus on automation
- Strong proficiency in programming languages e.g. C#, JavaScript or Python
- Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Robot framework, Ghost Inspector
- Relevant CMS knowledge (Sitecore, Optimizely or Contentful)
- Experience in complete commerce platforms (Shopify)
- ISTQB certification
- BrowserStack

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with all members of the project team to understand project requirements and recommend the best tooling / frameworks with regards to automation
- Execute and maintain automated test suites and analyze results to identify bugs before deployments of any releases to Staging / Production can go ahead.
- Ensure automated testcases provide coverage of all aspects of regression testing and increase our ability to deploy sprint work faster while reducing any risks
- Defects identified and raised to internal standards.
- Running effective training sessions for the rest of the QA team related to all technical aspects of the role e.g. automation, load testing, accessibility etc.
- API testing (manual and automated)
- Performance testing (manual or automated)
- Accessibility testing
- Sharp focus on the overall delivery goal
- The automated test strategy of the agency is regularly reviewed, including assessing and validating tooling and processes
- Assist rest of QA team with manual test execution during busy periods
