We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us at an exciting time of growth and expansion.

As a Project Manager at UNRVLD, you\’ll lead your production team on a journey for the clients, managing multiple projects and budgets alongside a dedicated Product Owner and Technical Team Lead.

You will work closely with the Account Manager to nurture key relationships and collaborate on strategy and programs of work which you will lead.

Our work is in an Agile environment, with projects delivered by cross-discipline teams of architects, developers, designers, QAs, and SEO specialists. Your role is to keep everyone organized, productive, and happy!

*This role can be based at our offices in Belfast, London, Leeds, Cardiff, or Manchester, with a hybrid pattern of 2 days in the office.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing project financials and reporting performance to the account management team
  • Managing customer relations and maintaining stakeholder confidence
  • Resource planning and capacity modeling to ensure full utilization and billability
  • Managing multiple large projects and BAU activities within your team
  • Managing project risks and ensuring frameworks are in place
  • Providing weekly reports to stakeholders
  • Producing and delivering project plans
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings, removing blockers
  • Proactively solving problems and escalating issues
  • Gathering feedback through SCRUM ceremonies to ensure team growth and satisfaction
  • Providing sales support when required

Experience Required:

  • Proven project management experience in digital applications, multimedia, or software development, with knowledge of full project lifecycle/SDLC
  • Financial management experience, including managing budgets and project value realization
  • Experience managing remote or off-site teams across multiple projects and clients
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of enterprise CMS or DXP platforms like Optimizely, Contentful, Sitecore, Shopify
