We’re looking for an SEO Consultant with a strong technical grounding and a genuine passion for the evolving search landscape, to join the SEO team here at UNRVLD. This role could be based from either our London or Manchester offices. Reporting to the SEO Lead, you’ll play an active role in delivering strategic and technical SEO initiatives across a portfolio of retained clients and project-based workstreams. Day to day you’ll be conducting technical audits, carrying out keyword research, analysing organic performance data, and collaborating with developers, UX designers, and content specialists to embed SEO best practices throughout digital experience projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering strategic and technical SEO activity across client accounts, with a focus on measurable performance outcomes
  • Conducting technical SEO audits and supporting implementation planning with development teams
  • Carrying out keyword research and mapping aligned to user intent and journey funnels
  • Analysing organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and industry SEO tools
  • Supporting website migrations, new site builds, and internal linking analysis
  • Collaborating with UX, development, design, and content teams to ensure SEO is integrated throughout project delivery
  • Producing data-driven strategic recommendations informed by search trends and evolving user behaviours
  • Researching developments in AI-driven search and identifying opportunities to evolve SEO approaches
  • Contributing to client-facing meetings, presentations, and reporting

Skills and experience needed:

  • Solid hands-on experience in an SEO role, ideally within a digital agency environment
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge: crawling and indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site architecture, and internal linking
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and industry-standard SEO tools
  • Experience conducting technical audits and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable working with development teams to support implementation and validation of SEO fixes
  • An understanding of AI-driven search and how evolving user behaviours are shaping the search landscape
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources
  • A clear communicator, able to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing workloads independently with minimal oversight
