We're looking for a technically sharp, curious B2B sales and marketing operations professional to join our marketing team here at UNRVLD, a digital experience and technology agency with clients including Diageo, Smeg, Crystal Palace FC, Linklaters and Arup. This role could be based from either our London or Manchester offices.

As the GTM Engineer, you will lead CRM management, audience definition, ABM campaign execution and reporting for UNRVLD. As a role working with emerging technology, we are open to applications from a variety of backgrounds. We’re looking for candidates with a hunger to experiment and learn with AI tools, while obsessing about the quality of our CRM data to support business growth.

Working with the Marketing and Business Development teams, you will support the execution of UNRVLD's top of funnel inbound and outbound strategy by identifying target companies and contacts within our ICP, building intelligence on them, and enabling the team to engage them through marketing and business development activity.

The position requires some previous CRM and/or marketing operations experience plus an understanding of the senior digital marketing and IT stakeholder audiences we engage - to deliver pipeline and business growth for UNRVLD.

Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert user of our sales and marketing operations platforms, including HubSpot, Airtable, research tools such as Hunter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our AI orchestration platform. Support others in the team with using these tools.
  • Lead audience research and profiling focused on our Ideal Customer Profile, identifying relevant targets at company and contact level and building market intelligence to inform marketing activity.
  • Identify and build AI agents, skills and workflows using our marketing automation and AI platforms to maximise the team's capability, focusing on reducing manual workload around audience building, data hygiene, reporting and market insights.
  • Build audiences for, and report on, campaigns promoting content, events and other conversion points to UNRVLD's target audience across owned and earned channels.
  • Develop insights on companies and contacts in our ABM programme, including their digital strategy, key platforms, challenges and likely buying cycle, to inform personalised engagement.
  • Work with the Business Development Team to identify prospects for outbound activity and report on the results.
Experience Required:
  • The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the role's location by the start of their employment.
  • Experience working in a digital agency, technology vendor or other digital-first B2B business.
  • Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with audience research and data enrichment tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter or similar.
  • Experience building or working with AI agents, automations or workflow tools to improve marketing operations is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working with CRM data: building segments, cleaning records, reporting on campaign performance.
  • Experience with ABM or account-based outreach programmes is useful.
We offer:
  • Excellent competitive salary based on your experience.
  • Opportunity to work hybrid from our head office based in Soho, London.
  • 25 days leave with the opportunity to buy and sell through our trading scheme.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Private Healthcare Insurance via Bupa Insurance.
  • 9-day Fortnight – work your hours over 9 days and take the 10th day off.
  • Annual team away days.
  • Employee Assistance programme (EAP).
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity leave.
  • Perkbox benefit - where you have access to over 1,000 perks and discounts to make your money go further.
  • Training and development.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Electric Vehicle scheme.
  • Eyecare vouchers & annual flu vaccination.
  • Some of our benefits are eligible following successful probation.
